Standard Issue Window Display

The Standard Issue Store in Yarraville wanted a window display to reflect a new range of Australian made knitwear that the shop was launching for a local Melbourne designer. We used an array of native Australian foliage collected from the local area to link in with the colours and Australian heritage of the knitwear. Hand painting patterns on seed-pods, with logs and gum leaves and berries woven into garlands and ‘bush skirts’ for the mannequins.

COLLATERAL DESIGNED: STYLING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING INSTALLATION FOR FRONT WINDOW DISPLAY, IN COLLABORATION WITH MEG SCHMIDTKE.
